GOAL
  • ? To maintain a worldwide assignable, fully
    deployable, physically fit and combat ready force
    by returning personnel who have a physical
    condition to full duty as quickly as possible, or
    to refer them to a Medical Evaluation Board for
    Limited Duty or a Physical Evaluation Board

  • SNM reports to a Military Treatment Facility
    (MTF)
