preparation of the Guidelines of the calls in
agreement with RELEX/B1 as far as
thematic/political priorities are concerned. - AIDCO Geographical Directorates are responsible
for derogations, supervision, support and
reporting to AIDCO/F (with inputs from
Delegations). - For financial or procedural issues, EIDHR
project managers in Delegations should contact
first their finance contract section, then the
finance contract unit of their Geographical
Directorate. - All requests for derogations have to be
addressed to the corresponding AIDCO Geographical
Director, as authorising officer. - RELEX/K Directorate is responsible for personnel
issues in EC Delegation, i.e. budgetary issues
linked to recruitment.
