MCCA Ordering Process

• Determine your current Knowledge Worker FTE
  count. 
• You can use the FTE calculator found at SHIs
  MCCA website. The Calculator can be found under
• the News and Information Section
• 2. Go to www.ships.shi.com. Enter the Username
  mccauser and Password mccauser
• 3. Determine the products you wish to include in
  your Campus Agreement. You can search the SHI
• MCCA web-site, or use the MCCA price list found
  at the site.
• Desktop Products must be equal to your FTE
  Count.(Determined in Item 1). 
• Server Products are based on the number of
  servers or processors, depending on the type of
• server license. 
• 4. Go through the checkout process on the MCCA
  site by adding the items you wish to
• purchase to your shopping cart. Make sure that
  your PO number is indicated on your
• order. If paying by credit card, contact the SHI
  team to relay your card information for
• your order.
• If you need to make changes to your order after
  you have submitted it online, please
• DO NOT update it by placing another order on the
  MCCA Site.
• Contact the SHI team to assist you with updating
  your order.
