Responsibilities

• Line prep and service for lunch and dinner
• Dinner features on weekends
• Two Soups a night for the following day
• Functions Weddings, Brunch, Mens night, Bingo,
  and Barbeques
• Manage staff
• Close up kitchen and course

• Chef Britta Hansen, and Sous chef both recent
  graduates
• Much larger kitchen, standard equipment
• No breaks
• Little pre-determined
• Speed, Speed, Speed

• Elmhurst room holds 200
• Caters to all cultures
• Weddings, tournaments, and special functions.
• Outdoor functions also

• Elmhurst has given me lots of experience in a
  larger scale environment.
• It has also given me the opportunity to meet my
  customers and cater to their tastes
• I have learned management skills, inventory
  skills and determination.
• Seasonal work is demanding but it will be missed
  in the off season
