• Ad clients go to a website and register to create
  an account then pay for the type of ad required.
  The client uploads their ad following the
  provided guide lines. After the ad is approved
  it goes live to the website and gets placed in
  the Mini Billboard network pool.
• The website system handles the expiration of ads
  based on user registration and subscription. When
  an ad is close to expiring the client get s email
  notification to allow renewal. If the renewal is
  ignored, the system will remove the ad from the
  ad server.
• The mini billboard systems update their ads from
  the ad server every 3 hours removing the expired
  one and checks for Network alerts (Amber Alerts)
  in the process.
• Ads are displayed only if all matching criteria
  is met for each mini billboard. Each mini
  billboard unit gets its criteria from the ad
  server network.

• Virtual Hosting is a way to sponsor a Mini
  Billboard

Virtual hosting is a way to get into the network
and earn residual income without the need to have
the Mini Billboard on location. A good example
would be to signup to sponsor a billboard system
and then have it installed at your favorite
location. We only allow 25 systems in a network
and you could be one of those. An investor
could sponsor a complete network by sponsoring
all 25 systems in that network . This would Yield
that investor 100 of the commission from that
system following the commission rules
above. Each network of 25 billboards is part of
a larger linked network region to allow maximum
profit sharing for hosts and sponsors of the
system. This also allows ads to be targeted more
accurately to a specific area much like the
internet itself. Due to the nature of the Mini
Billboard system and the way revenue is shared it
behooves all involved to get as many ads in the
system as possible. The more ads that run in
each network, the more each person makes in
commission per month connected to that network.

• Mini Billboard Display Unit

• Min Billboard Ad Server

• The Display Unit is a Wide Hi-Definition LCD
  Monitor and comes in a standard size unless other
  arrangements
• are made. If a larger or smaller display is
• required extra costs would be charged but
• all sizes can be accommodated.
• There is no sound used in the ads so speakers
• are not required and will not interfere with
• the locations surrounding environment.
• There is a need for an AC power outlet to
• power the display and Ad Server . Internet is
• required in for all systems too.

• The Ad Server is a specially designed computer
  system with a very small foot print with the size
  of 11(L)x7.5(W)x6.7(H) Inch.

This small custom PC is specially programmed to
do all the work of connecting to the AD server
and making connections.
There is no programming required to install the
Mini Billboard system. Just plug in the system
and the magic starts to happen in a few minutes
after it gets connected to the internet.
To have a more stable and reliable system its
best to have a hard connection to the network,
but wireless is an option also as a second choice.

• Becoming a Host or Virtual Host (Sponsor)

• The Host is a business that allows a Mini
  Billboard System to be placed in his or her
  establishment. This place could be anyplace that
  you feel people would see the Ads that rotate
  every 15 seconds on the LCD Display Unit.
• What does it cost to become a Host?
• You become a Host or Virtual Host by purchasing a
  Mini Electronic Billboard system and place this
  system in a public location. The systems are
  installed by the host as self installing system.
  There is no technical expertise required and only
  4 connections needed to make the Ad Server
  function 100.
• If for any reason a Host or Virtual Host decides
  not to participate any longer, the Mini Billboard
  system is removed from the network and can be
  converted into a standard PC . There is no
  contract or complicated forms to fill out and you
  own the system out right. If for some reason you
  need a replacement of the Ad Server this would
  cost 350 and the Display Unit could be purchased
  at your local computer store or even Wal-Mart
  since it is just a standard monitor.

What if you wanted to get involved and earn
monthly income but you dont have a physical
business to host the system? This is where a
Virtual Host or Sponsor would come in by paying
the 500 for a system and have it placed at his
or her favorite place of business but in their
own name. This is a great way to give back to
the community and even share in commissions with

the right. Each billboard commission comes back
to the person who sponsors them. The more you

The HOST get a Sales ID when they join or start a
network for commission tracking
The A to Z Mini Billboards website comes with a
way to sell ads and signup more hosts using the
Sales ID. When sales are made the website tracks
it by complicated Affiliate software. The system
tracks clicks from the host website if they have
one to the main website as well as instant
commissions from selling ads and signing up new
hosts. Commissions are calculated in a different
location and posted to the hosts account and can
be seen each month by logging in and viewing the
account. Commissions for Hosts come from the
amount of running ads in his or her own network
they are a Host of divided by the number of hosts
in that network. The cost is 500 for each Mini
Billboard System and LCD Display.

The A to Z Mini Billboards website comes with a
way to sell ads and signup more hosts using the
ID given to Affiliate Sales Reps. The Affiliate
system also tracks clicks from the Sales Reps own
website to the main website as well as instant
commissions from selling ads and signing up new
HOSTs. Commissions are tracked and posted to the
Sales Reps Affiliate account and can be seen
each month by logging in and viewing the account
via the web. Commissions for Sales Reps come from

over the US. Unlike other Digital Display systems

Mini Billboards builds targeted networks all over
the country starting with your local community

like Barber Shops, Beauty Salons, Doctors
