Proposed Stormwater User Fee Structure

• Monthly fee based on impervious surface
• Impervious surface unit (ISU) 1,000 sf
• Flat fee of 1 ISU considered for residential
  properties
• Fee for all other uses based on ISU per property
• Typical commercial property has 4.8 ISUs, would
  pay monthly fee X 4.8
• Credit provision for properties that handle
  stormwater onsite
• Can be billed with water/sewer bills
