- Washington State Patrol to create a redundant,
self-healing backbone loop around the Olympic
Peninsula Consisting of microwave and fiber optic
links - Department of Transportation will re-construct
key mountain top radio site and microwave link
into loop - Military Department will provide project
engineering and management oversight - Clallam County and partners will deploy system
gateway interconnect devices, and develop low
level radio sites
