meeting 70 of growth targets for each objective

11
Step 2 Review RFA
  • Four required performance goals
  • Goals 1, 2, 3
  • Enter projected growth target for each objective
    and benchmark data
  • Programs focusing on the same target students or
teachers for years 1 and 2 have two years to meet
    growth target
  • Programs focusing on different target students or
teachers in years 1 and 2 must meet growth
    targets annually
  • Goal 4
  • Enter measurable objective and benchmark data
    along with projected growth target

  • By when?

14
Step 5 Gather Baseline Data
  • Use consistent data instruments to establish
baseline percentages, growth targets, and define
    end of year percentages
  • Establish consistent data instruments, items, and
    calculation methods for each objective
