- Determine maximum two year program budget, based
on 300 multiplied by the 2007 Grades 4-8 CBEDS
at all schools listed on Form 6 - Do not exceed 60 of the regional allocation
- Specify how much of the budget will be spent in
Year 1 and Year 2 - gt10 change in spending in any object code
requires a LEA to submit a Budget Modification to
the CDE for approval - Describe how the funds will be allocated within
each object code, include leveraged funding
amounts (if applicable)
