Chemical/Biological Display Area
  • Establish a visual display of both historical and

Course types defined
  • In-Residence
  • Held at the DNWS facility located at Kirtland AFB
    NM
  • This venue allows for learning in the classroom
    environment as well as hands-on practical
    exercises using the various sites located at the
    facility
  • DNWS does not charge fees for their courses
    individuals attending courses are responsible for
    all expenses and arrangements of transportation,
    billeting, meals, etc.
  • Mobile Training Team (MTT)
  • An MTT is a distinctive version of an
    in-residence course, or a specially designed
    program that is tailored to fit the requirements
    of the requesting organization
  • DNWS will provide MTTs at the specific request of
    a designated official representing any DoD
    organization
  • Requesting agencies are responsible for all
    expenses associated with MTTs, which include
    travel, lodging, per diem, and administrative
    supplies and materials

  • Hosted DNWS provides facilities for other
    organizations to provide training for specific
    areas of certification
  • Invitation Only Periodic messages sent to
    identified students inviting them to participate
    in a specific course message will contain
    additional information for participation in that
    class

    identified-responding-units with progressive
    sessions tailored to the staff competencies

(OERB)
  • The OERB is a corporate level forum that
  • Collectively coordinates the wide array of DTRA
    participation in multilevel operations, exercises
    and experimentation events
  • Determines DTRA participation in upcoming

  • Coordinates DTRA involvement in exercises and
    experiments and assigns OPRs as required
  • Identifies exercises that DTRA will participate
    as a "training audience

Exercise Integration Working Group (EIWG)
  • The EIWG is a Action Officer level forum that
  • Collectively plans and coordinates DTRA training
    objectives, training audiences and goals for each
    exercise with the sponsoring command

    (NGB) DNWS courses will be incorporated in the
    NGBs Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support
    Team (WMD-CST) certification program
  • In collaboration with Y-12 Laboratory at Oak
    Ridge, Tennessee DNWS courses will be
    integrated into the exercise Y-12 currently
    conducts for the WMD-CSTs
