• Appoint an Awards Trustee to maintain volunteer
  hours
• Use this data in your Qtrly HGIR and Div 3
  Presidents Reports
• Look at AFSA Manual 700-1, Volume 4 NOW and PLAN
• The Awards nomination packages are set-up to make
  your chapter a success
• make sure you schedule something for each category

• Use your Monthly Meeting Minutes/HGIRs and Award
  Trustees data to collect data
• Keep all LOA/Certificates
• Solicit all members to give Awards Trustee copies
  of their LOAs/Certificates
• Evaluate your status each quarter with the
  Executive Council/Awards Trustee

• In Nov/Dec begin writing your package with all
  the information youve gathered all year
• Present your Chapter of the Year Award package at
  your Installation Ceremony
• Not only is your package ready for Division, but
  your chapter is stronger and more successful!

• Have your Awards Trustee award your top
  performers quarterly
• Present your VSP and Member of the Year Awards at
  your Installation Ceremony
• Not only are these packages done and ready for
  Division, but you have rewarded your top
  performers and encouraged others to follow suit!
