John Crowder President, Electrical
Division/Principal _______________________________
_____________________________ Mr. Crowder is a
veteran of the construction industry with over 30
years experience. As founder and co-owner of J.
Crowder Corporation, Mr. Crowder oversees the
firms electrical division, heads the companys
administrative department, directs corporate
staffing and supervises selected commercial
construction projects. Mr. Crowder utilizes the
JCC Team to maximize productivity while still
retaining his commitment to hands on management
where needed. His strong leadership of the
company translates into seamless project
development and quality, timely job completion.
Mr. Crowders areas of special expertise include
Data Centers and RFI/EMI Shielded Facilities.
Mr. Crowder is a graduate of the Columbia
Technical Institute. He is a licensed Master
Electrician in Virginia, Maryland, the District
of Columbia, California, Illinois, and Missouri.

Tedd Durden President, Construction

_______________________________ Mr. Durden has
over 22 years experience in the construction
industry. Mr. Durden is co-owner of J. Crowder
Corporation and oversees the firms construction
division. Mr. Durden specializes in all
disciplines of the work with actual practical
experience within all the trades, resulting in a
hands-on commitment to the success of every facet
of the project. Mr. Durdens vast knowledge of
the construction industry and his ability to see
potential problems before they arise translate
into competitively priced quality projects that
are completed on or ahead of schedule. The core
of Mr. Durdens management philosophy is the Team
Management approach. The JCC Team carries this
approach through every stage of the construction
process, streamlining the flow of work and
ensuring a successful project. Mr. Durden is a
member of the American Association of Cost
Engineers and is a master builder and a
journeyman electrician.

Bert Seitzinger Vice President Mechanical

Plumbing industry and works for J Crowder
Corporation as Vice President International
Operations and Mechanical Division Head. He has
been instrumental in starting JCCs
Mechanical/HVAC division. Mr. Seitzinger holds
diplomas and trade certifications from a variety
of accredited institutions. He also holds a
Virginia State Masters License in HVAC, Plumbing
and Electrical and is CFC Certified Universal.
He has managed tenant renovations and Buildouts,
and Design/Build projects on both a national and
international basis spanning 500,000 to
2,000,000.

Mike Payne Operations Manager ____________________

Payne has over 20 years experience in the
construction industry, the last 8 with J. Crowder
Corporation. Mr. Payne has served as operations
manager and project manager on numerous
construction projects. His ability to securely
manage both on local and international projects
no matter how large, is crucial for J Crowder
Corporation. Mr. Payne combines an in-depth
knowledge of carpentry and electrical/mechanical
systems with exemplary managerial and
administrative skills. This has resulted in his

schedule and within budget.

Bob Matthews Senior Project Manager ______________

r. Matthews has 16 years experience in the
construction industry. During the five years Mr.
Matthews has worked for J. Crowder Corporation,
he has worked both as an estimator and as a
project manager numerous construction jobs. Mr.
Matthews in-depth knowledge of construction
costs and pricing, as well as his familiarity
with corporate and government administrative
protocols, ensures an end result of quality,
timely construction at a competitive price. On a
large project with wide scope, Mr. Matthews
abilities are particularly useful in that he can
translate his experience in estimating,
purchasing, contract negotiation, design
analysis, procurement and billing into a seamless
product for the customer.

Tommy Chichester Mechanical Department
Manager __________________________________________
___________________ Mr. Chichester has 24 years
experience in the Mechanical / HVAC industry. He
is the Mechanical Department Manager for J
Crowder Corporation. Mr. Chichester holds
numerous trade certifications including his HVAC
journeymans license, Gasfitter journeymans
license and most recently, an HVAC Master
license. Mr. Chichester has worked on all types
of HVAC equipment large and small and has
traveled extensively overseas to complete his
work.

Lonnie Warner Electrical Superintendent __________

__ Mr. Warner has over 22 years experience in
the Electrical and Construction industry. He has
been with J. Crowder Corporation for the past 4 ½
years, supervising the electrical component of
numerous challenging construction projects. Mr.
Warner has supervised both domestic and overseas
jobs, honing his skills in particular on tenant
renovation projects. Lonnie is used extensively
as a liaison and troubleshooter between all three
divisions of JCC. Mr. Warner's ability to
foresee and adapt to problems within the
Construction, Electrical and Mechanical division
is paramount to J Crowders ability to keep our
scheduling commitments to each customer.

Blair Roth Project Manager - Construction ________

____ With 25 years experience in the commercial
construction industry, Mr. Roth is the newest
member of the JCC team. Mr. Roth brings to JCC a
wide range of experience in project management
and estimating. With extensive knowledge of
government contracting issues and familiarity
with all aspects of the construction trade, Mr.
Roth contributes a unique blend of skills to the
JCC team. Mr. Roth also has a strong mechanical
background with experience in HVAC and security
systems.

Government Building This project was a 25,000 SF
fast track hybrid design/build project. The
architect and the contractor worked together from
the concept to the completion of the project.
The project started from a shell space and was a
full floor build out, which was separated into
(4) separate SCIF facilities with one main
Communications Room, to serve the complete floor.
The SCIF construction was built to the current
construction guidelines at the time. The project
had the requirements for auxiliary 24/7 heating
and cooling within certain areas within the
space. This project had different types of
communications distribution with stringent
guidelines to be followed. A cable tray system
was installed throughout the space for the
distribution. The electrical distribution
required additional power service and a unique
distribution system as well. A secure conveyance
system was installed between the floors of the
project. The interior finishes of the project
were above the base building standards and
consisted of 2 x 2 ceiling tile and grid,
painted drywall finishes for the walls,
acoustical panels within the conference rooms,
VCT flooring in the pantries and broadloom carpet
throughout the space. Millwork was standard plan
cabinets and countertops for the pantry areas and
stain grade chair rail and base within the
conference rooms. The door frames for the
project were hollow metal knock down frames with
the exception of the welded and grouted frames at
the location of the SCIF entrances. All doors
were pre-finished solid core wood veneer doors
with the appropriate security hardware. The
existing sprinkler system was removed and a
complete new system installed to achieve the
clearance heights required above the ceiling.
The space had an access control system and an
intrusion detection system as well. This space
was completed on time with a very aggressive
schedule. JCC received an award from the client
for its contribution to the team for this
project. The client created a team that worked
so well together that the team continued to work
together on several other projects after the this
project was completed.   Lessons Learned When
the right team works together, nothing is
impossible. Please refer to attached
award.

Herndon Project This project consisted of three
phases. The first was a 65,000sf Tenant
Renovation of existing company tenant space to
new computer room areas with UPS installations.
The second phase required removal of the existing
generator and chiller enclosures, installation of
new concrete pads, and generator enclosures for
three (3) new chillers and two (2) new 1500 KW
Generators. The main power supply for the 27
campus building was buried directly under the new
pad site for the generators. This main feed had
to be relocated per county regulations prior to
the new concrete pad being installed. The
problems encountered during this phase exemplify
J Crowders ability to adapt and manage large
projects. The third phase of the project was to
install a 550 LF Palisades fence around the
entire compound. This project from start to
finish was 5 months including a 16 week lead time
on the Generators.

Emmanuel Lutheran Church This project was a fast
track project that required total replacement of
the existing HVAC system to include new Chiller,
Pumps, Boiler, Air Handlers, and all new
Ductwork. In addition, a new Generator was
installed for the main hall due to
inconsistencies with the local power supply at
peak use of the facility. The new concrete pad
and wall were placed on a 45 degree hill near the
rear of the church. All equipment had to be
brought in through the exterior wall of the
facility due to obstructions near the entrance of
the mechanical room. The project was completed
within the agreed upon timeframe and within
budget
