- New I/O ready
- galice.root (smal size) conected to
Kinematics.root, TrackRef.root,
MUON.Hits.root, MUONS.SDigits.root,
MUON.Digits.root, MUON.RecPoints.root,
MUON.Track.root, AliESD.root - New Sdigit level for merging.
- MUON data structure slightly modified and managed
by the class AliMUONData and AliMUONDataInterface.
- New data link to come soon (in the to do list,
Artur and Bruce workingon this subject)
17 RAWDATA Calibration Mapping HLT
- MUON rawdata format to be defined (Alicenote).
Generation of rawdata from Digits for HLT
developments (to do list and in delay). - Mapping framework to be developped. Clever
mapping modularity sectors, PCB, slats,
trigger chambers, buses, cathodes, chambers,
stations etc ... Important for calibration,
channel disable, mapping evolution, etc ... No
body here. - Interface with HLT to be developped.
- Starting to think about calibrating one million
of channels.
18Physics Data Challenge 04
- Producing a huge amount of simulated data with
AliRoot (jan-jun 2004) in 3 phases 20000 central
event for embedding, peripheral events,
simulation of physics signals - AliEn as base for remote production. AliEn has
been interfaced with LCG . - PDC04 underprogress. Around 20000 central HIJING
events have been simulated (for MUON trigger
studies). 2nd phase finished (yesterday's party). - Analysis of data using AliEn as client. An
engineer from Subatech working on this
(Jean-Michel). Nantes farm is in the production
phase as AliEn serveur.
