4The beginnings
- QA TEAM was established in 2003, and became QA
BOARD in February 2006. - OFFICE FOR THE STUDENT AFFAIRS was established in
January 2005. - During year 2006 we had a Project
- Monitoring and improvement of quality of
studying at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of
the University of Rijeka - financed by
- the National Foundation for Science, Higher
Education and Technological Development of the
Republic of Croatia. - Main Project goal was to establish institutional
QA units.

to quietly are difficult to follow during the
lecture, if the teacher does not give the
students literature list, materials, etc.) - problems in Bologna programme implementation
(organisation of preliminary exams, success rate,
complexity of exam papers,) - problems with not ethic attitude from students
