• The Reports accessible to you are determined by
  whether you have selected Classes/ Courses or
  Home rooms.
• Class Reports are Class List, Class Record,
  Progress Report, Birthday List, Medical List,
  Emergency List, Trip List, Missing Assignments,
  Observations, Failures Report, Failing Reporting
  Term, Timetable, and Marks List.
• Home Room Reports are Home Room List, Home Room
  Record, Progress Report, Birthday List, Medical
  List, Emergency List, Trip List, and Observations.

• When using the Add button to select Multiple
  students or classes (or all), highlight the first
  one, then just click Add for each student.
• The first page will be blank in many reports.
• Adobe Reader opens Reports as a pdf. You may
  Save and Print copies.
• You cannot edit the pdf.

• Use Class Record or Home Room Record to create an
  attendance roster for a substitute.
• When printing an Attendance Record, high schools
  print by course, while elementary and middle
  schools may print a daily attendance record.

• Make sure SAVED files are in a SECURE location or
  deleted after use. Do not leave files on the
  Desktop.
