Step 1 Size of the Situation
  • Act only if

  • The issue is significant

  • You are willing to initiate the process
  • Determine the specific issue. If you cant
    verbalize it, then you arent ready to deal with
    it

  • Discuss the issue at an appropriate time
  • Admit when you are wrong
  • Approach your CRP privately
  • Monitor your non-verbal communication
  • Use space territory to crate a neutral
    environment
  • Recognize the impact of interpersonal history
