N-1-1 Analysis

• APS will coordinate
• Using 2006 Heavy Summer power flow case
• Determine all scheduled outages for the year
• For each outage run all N-1 contingencies

Tenth Year Snapshot

• Utilizes a power flow case at the end of the ten
  year horizon
• Combines all the plans of the participating
  utilities for the next ten years into the same
  case
• That case is analyzed to determine system adequacy
