- Aura is committed to encouraging a healthy
lifestyle and well-being through participation in
a range of fitness and therapeutic activities. - AURA runs hourly classes, weekly courses and day
seminars which can be tailored to suit the needs
of any organization. - AURA was first established in July 2003 as a
self-defense and martial arts organization. - The services offered by the company have expanded
from self-defense and martial arts to include
other fitness and therapeutic activities to be
delivered by qualified instructors/ therapists on
a sub-contracted, freelance basis. - Many classes are run specifically for
hard-to-reach target groups, such as women and
girls, ethnic minorities, and children with
behavioural difficulties.
