• Start early in the year to raise funds
• Continue to distribute PAC checks through
  grassroots methods to include managers and
  directors of telephone companies.
• Prepare, coordinate, and distribute effective
  fundraising letters, TelePAC quarterly, and other
  promotional items.
• Allocate funds to friends of the industry
  through a wise and efficient manner.
• Raise 45,000 during 2006.
