EPS(Easy Plate Setting)
New

• EPS will load the conventional metal plate or
  polyester digital plate by just the push of a
  button in 30 seconds.

How do you want the EPS to perform ?
New

• EPS A Mode (Normal Mode)
  Doesnt matter which units you start with
  nor ordering of plate loading and plate removing.
• EPS B Mode (Consecutive Mode)
  2nd unit plate out ? 2nd unit plate in ? 1st unit

  touching EPS select switch.
• EPS C Mode (Consecutive Mode 2)

Auto Blanket Washer

• Auto blanket wash cleans and dries the blanket.
• Faster Make ready time.
• Wash and dry both blankets in less than 3minutes.
• Standard equipment on H234A. Optional on
  competitors press.

Helical Cut Drive Gears
New

• Helical cut drive gears are used for printing
  accuracy and to add to the lifecycle of the
  H234A.
• Our competitors machines do not have this
  feature.

Running Register

• On the fly running register is standard
  equipment.
• There is 1.5mm for up down and 2.0mm for side
  to side directions.
• Competitors press still needs to be stopped for
  the registration for vertical direction.

Reliable Universal Feeder

• Whether the onionskin or card stock, Hamadas
  unique universal feeder handles it precisely and
  reliably.

• Adjustable tail blower for those difficult stocks.

• The operator can load paper for the next job

Inker
Ink-train

• The computer designed inker consists of 16 ink
  rollers including 3 different diameter form
  rollers.
• The H234As strong inker will produce high
  quality solids and screens.

Ink roller wash up

• Ink roller wash up trays are activated to rollers
  by push of a button.
• When the wash up switch is still on under
  condition of press is not running, main start
  switch will be blinking for safety purpose.

Hamada Continuous Dampening
New

• Newly developed continuous dampening system runs
  both conventional metal plates polyester
  plates.
• This five-roller, reverse slip system and
  oscillating rider roller system prints high
  quality for a wide variety of images.

Dampening roller

• Dampening fountain roller and metering roller are
  rotated by pressing this button for cleaning up
  metering roller easily.
• The time setting of water metering to oscillator
  and water form to both oscillator and plate are
  very easily done for print ability of both metal
  and polyester plates. And this can be simply
  switched one to another

Accurate Registration

• The H234A features a double-diameter impression
  cylinder with two sets of grippers.
• Since the sheet is not transferred, you can get
  perfect registration between units.

Register Board

• The H234A side guide stays at the in position
  longer which decrease tail whip and improve
  register.
• Running Registering envelopes is very easy. The
  H234A has two grippers holding an envelope all
  the way through to the delivery.

Delivery

• Two different ratio allow the delivery board to
  be raised quickly.
• A Pile height sensor is used to maintain the
  proper height.

Non-marking delivery drum

• The delivery has a non-marking cylinder that
  makes running heavy coverage jobs much faster and
  will produce a better end product. (Option)

• The delivery of H234A was extended by 9.45.
• Printing samples are much easier to see and
• optional IR dryer can be equipped efficiently.

Weak points 3302HA/9995

• No Running register up and down.
• Sheet cocking at in-feed drum.
• ( To get good register on a push guide, the
  stock must go through the press straight.)
• Old style side guide does not stay in long
  enough, this tail whip is a problem .
• It is very difficult to run envelopes.
• Quick change blankets are optional . They are
  standard on H234A.
