Quality
Our process starts with the use of high quality
professional digital camera equipment. This
ensures we will be capturing high quality, high
resolution images of participants who will be
proud to display and share their complementary
event photo with friends and family. Furthermore,
a professional grade photo will be a validation
of the clients brand perception.
Our system can take up to an 12x18 picture when
printed at 200 dpi and are taken with a minimum
of 8 megapixel cameras
A positive first impression is vital to an
activation event.

Speed
We have designed our systems to be very fast and
robust. During a weekend event a client may only
have a few hours to take as many pictures as
possible. Our systems utilize a two queue process
that enables pictures to be taken as fast as
attendees can pose. Participants leave with a
Polaroid sized preview of their high quality
image and a unique retrieval code printed on a
custom designed handout. Our speed enables us to
build the largest possible database for our
clients use.
Our advanced systems can take up to 10 pictures a
minute. That is the fastest in the industry.

Response
One of the major keys to making an event picture
campaign successful is response by attendees. Our
Process actually prints a Polaroid sized picture
on the handout that we give to the participants.
People are more likely to share with others and
retain an event handout with their picture on it.
Participants picture is printed on the handout
seconds after the picture is taken.

Data Capture
After the hustle and bustle of the event
participants take the retrieval code on the
handout and enter it on our easy to use website
to retrieve their free high quality photo.
Before downloading the photo, participants must
answer a few carefully crafted survey questions
designed to deliver the information you need.
This data is the vital in making your event a
success.

Reporting
Real time reporting data is immediately available
to our clients via our secure web site. Here
clients have access to charts showing the answers
to the survey questions and can export the full
list of participants for follow up campaigns
based on specific answers to questions.
