Nortec Ventures Corp. is a Canadian based mineral
exploration company with several active projects
and a very experienced management team. The
Company is currently exploring for nickel and
copper in Labrador, gold in Southern Ecuador, and
nickel-copper-PGE at its newest property in
Finland.

Ganarin Gold Project - Southern Ecuador
The Ganarin gold project is in the prolific
Ganarin Mineral Belt in Southern Ecuador.
IAMGOLD Corporations Quimsacocha gold deposit
occurs in the same belt approximately 30
kilometres northeast of the Ganarin Property and
adjacent to one of our project concessions.
Channel Resources El Mojo gold property also
occurs in the same area.
The Ganarin Property is subject to option and
joint venture agreements with Doubloon
Exploration Corp. whereby, Nortec has the option
to acquire up to a 51 interest in the Ganarin
project located in Azuay province, Ecuador.

Ganarin Gold Project - Southern Ecuador
In late 2005, sampling of veins returned a sample
of greater than 1000 grams Gold and 2220 grams
Silver per tonne in the Rio Minas Zone, the
newest of four zones outlined by Nortec.
Trenching and channel sampling of a road-cut
within the large geochemical soil anomaly in the
Chamana Oeste area returned values of 0.628 g/t
gold over 104 metres including 0.931 g/t over 32
metres.

• - Loma la Cruz
• Chuscoyacu
• Chamana ?

The Rio Minas Zone occurs at an elevation of 1340
metres, approximately 330 metres below Chamana,
220 metres below Loma La Cruz and at the same
elevation as the Chuscoyacu. These results
suggest that Loma La Cruz and Chamana have
significant potential at depth.

The Companys Management is very pleased with the
results to date which suggest that the Ganarin
gold-silver property could potentially host
several mineralized gold-silver shoots with
bonanza grades. Bonanza grades are very common in
low-sulphidation epithermal deposits. The modes
of occurrence of mineralization appear to be very
similar to the Comstock and Midas camps in
Nevada, USA and the epithermal camps, such as the
Kupol district, of eastern Siberia, Russia. In
view of these very positive recent results, the
Company has started an extensive drill program.

Koillismaa-Naranka Project, Finland
The KoillismaaNaranka Nickel-Copper-PGE Project
is located in Northeastern Finland. The project
is in an area of very active exploration in one
of the largest mafic igneous systems in
Scandinavia. The neighbouring ultramafic complex
to the west contains the 14 million ounce Portimo
Platinum-Palladium deposit discovered by
Outokumpu / Goldfields.
The Project is comprised of a series of claim
reservations and exploration licenses totaling
65.5 square kilometers, covering the central part
of the Naranka dike and part of the Koillismaa
intrusion. Signed an option agreement to form a
joint venture with Akkerman Exploration B.V. of
the Netherlands whereby Nortec can earn a 70
interest in the project.

The TL property is located 50 km northwest of
Incos large Voiseys Bay nickel-copper deposit
in Northern Labrador.
Subject of a joint venture agreement with Vulcan
Minerals Inc. (TSX-V VUL) whereby Nortec may
earn a 51 interest in the property.

TL Property Drill Program Completed September 2005

• A total of 14 diamond drill holes (Hole Numbers
  41 to 54) were drilled totaling 2300 metres on 5
  targets.
• The five targets tested by drilling are the Pond
  Zone, West Anomaly, B1 Anomaly, Goose Feather
  Anomaly and the All-About-It East Anomaly.
• Significant results were obtained from drill hole
  54 in the Pond Zone.

• Included in this is a 0.7 metre intersection
  assaying 0.35 copper and 2.19 nickel.

• The nickel mineralization appears to be
  associated with troctolitic gabbro bodies.
• The sulphide mineralization, up to 40 in places,
  consists of pyrrhotite, pentlandite and
  chalcopyrite and exhibits leopard textures
  typical of mineralization at Incos Voiseys Bay
  deposit.
• All the results are being compiled and evaluated
  in order to plan for the next phase of the work
  program. The management is pleased with the
  results of drill hole 54 and and extensive
  drilling will be carried out to explore for the
  source of this near surface magmatic
  nickel-copper-cobalt mineralized zone, which are
  the troctolitic gabbro bodies.

• Mohan R. Vulimiri - President Director
• Mohan Vulimiri has many years public company
  experience, having been involved in the
  management of numerous junior and established
  companies. A graduate geologist with a Master of
  Science degree in Economic Geology, he has over
  30 years experience in the exploration and
  delineation of ore deposits with emphasis on
  structural controls and modes of occurrence of
  mineral zones.
• Peter F. Tegart - Director
• Peter Tegart is an accomplished professional
  geologist with extensive experience in
  exploration and mining of all kinds of mineral
  deposits. He has a successful career in the
  delineation of these deposits. He was responsible
  for the acquisition of Manhattan Minerals
  Corporations world-class Tambo Grande Project,
  located in northern Peru. Prior to this he was
  Vice-President, Exploration, Cheni Gold Mines and
  Western Manager, Serem Ltd.
• Ernest S. Peters - Corporate Secretary and
  Director
• With over 35 years of experience in the mining
  industry, Mr. Peters has worked in exploration,
  development and production in Canada, the U.S.,
  Brazil, Mexico and Australia.
• Grant F. Crooker - Director
• Grant Crooker is an independent mining
  consultant and principal of GFC Consultants Inc.
  based in Keremeos, BC. He received his Bachelor
  of Science degree from the University of British
  Columbia in 1972 and is a member of the
  Association of Professional Engineers and
  Geoscientists of British Columbia since 1992. He
  has over thirty years experience in mineral
  exploration having worked in British Columbia,
  Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories, Arizona,
  Nevada, Washington, Mexico, Argentina and
  Ecuador.
• Richard L. Richards - Director
• Dick Richards is a charted accountant and
  businessman with a long career in the real estate
  industry, most recently with Colliers Macauley
  Nicolls Inc. He received his Bachelor of Commerce
  degree from the University of British Columbia in
  1960 and has been a member of the BC Institute of
  Chartered Accountants since 1964. Mr. Richards
  joined Nortecs Board of Directors in December
  2003. He has previously served on the board of
  several Canadian publicly listed companies.
• Etienne Walter - Director
• Mr. Walter is the Honorary Consul General of the
  Republic of Ecuador with jurisdiction over the
  Provinces of Alberta and British Columbia, the
  Northwest Territories and the Yukon Territory. He
  earned his diploma in Hotel Management and
  Financial Administration from the Ecole Hôtelière
  de la Société Suisse des Hôteliers in Lausanne,
  Switzerland in November 1972 and he has worked
  for some of the worlds leading hotels. Since
  coming to Canada in 1975, Mr. Walter worked for
  public and private corporations until he formed
  his own company, Andes Trade and Investment Ltd.
