2004 TTA Funded Project

• Title
• Increasing recruitment to Partnership schools
  of ITT students Proposals to create viable
  cohorts to implement new models of coaching,
  support and organisation.
• Aim
• To integrate high performance coaching and
  NLP to models of Partnership teaching

• Established staffing
• Divided an ITT cohort into trios
• Cross curriculum / cross institution
• Weekly timetable slot (Appendix 4)
• Gain access to Partnership model of joint
  planning, delivery and evaluation

High Performance Coaching
All coaching models, life, executive and business
have features in common. HPC model integrates
strongest feature of a skill set (Appendix
12). We wanted our ITT students to gain a
grounding in accelerated initial professional
development using NLP principles.

• Joint planning enables students to share

  to do on their own.
• Creates a collegiate/supportive approach.
