  • New Share data entry software is being utilized
    this year! It is very intuitive and incorporates
    many improvements over our previous tool. For
    those of you who have done PDE at WCRF in the
    past, you should find the transition quite
    refreshing. If youre new, the learning should
    come fairly easy.

PDE Position Overview
  • At each computer station there will be a
    telephone and an adjustable headset for you to
    wear to answer the calls hands-free.

Each headset has an amplifier box to adjust the
volume of the caller and the headset.
If you have any problems with your computer or
the telephone equipment, please notify the
supervisor immediately.

  • As you take calls from listeners, you will enter
    the data directly into our computer system at
    your station.
  • The scripts for you to read will be right on the
    screen in front of you as you progress through
    each step of the call.
  • The script is printed in RED
  • Instructions as a guide through the process are
    in BLUE, along with any optional script that
    should be read if the issue comes up during the
    call.
  • A PDE Supervisor will be just a few steps away in
    order to assist you, to answer questions, or to
    help with the data entry.

  • Please dont use the Back or Forward buttons
    on the browser or the mouse. Use only the buttons
    on the screen.
  • Your data entry will be reviewed, and confirmed
    or corrected by the Verifier in the next step of
    the process, but you are the only one talking to
    the caller. YOU are the BEST person to insure
    that the information entered into the database is
    accurate.

PDE Log-in Screen
When you click on the Internet Icon on the
desktop of the computer you will automatically be
brought to this log-in screen.
STEP 1 Type in your full name STEP 2 Select
Pledge Definition WCRFPDE STEP 3 Click on
Initiate a Pledge
Do not click on this until you pick up the phone
to answer a call. It is important to stay on this
screen until your phone rings.

STEP 4 Start reading the script to the
caller STEP 5 Type in the callers full name.
Ask them what city they live in. STEP 6 Click
on Search Name
You can also do searches on the callers Address
or Company name.

This pop-up box will appear with five names and
information that come closest to the name entered.
STEP 7 Look for the name and city that match
your caller STEP 8 If necessary, scroll up and
down for additional names STEP 9 Confirm full
address with caller STEP 10 Click on matching
name and address
If no matching name or city is found, close box
(click on red X) and type in full name and
address

STEP 11 Ask caller if they have given before
click appropriate button. STEP 12 Confirm name
and address to insure you typed it in correctly.
Dont ask the caller about any of these issues.
Only check if they mention it during your
conversation.
If you suspect the caller is a child, confirm
their age and check here if appropriate.

STEP 13 Ask caller if they want a confirmation
via email. If so, type in email below
address. STEP 14 Confirm title for addressing
the envelope. STEP 15 If Mr Mrs, ask for
spouses name. STEP 16 Ask them how much they
would like to give. Click on button or Other
and type amount in amount. STEP 17 Ask if they
would like to pay by check or credit card. STEP
18 If by CHECK, ask if payment is ONE TIME, 12
MONTHLY payments or other payments. Click
appropriate button.

STEP 19 If CREDIT CARD, ask if ONE TIME
payment, 12 MONTHLY payments, or OTHER payments.
Click appropriate button. STEP 20 CREDIT CARD
. Click on VISA or MC Enter card and EXP
information STEP 21 Confirm amount and method
of payment.
STEP 22 Ask caller what station they listen to.
If the caller does not want to make a commitment
and is only calling to receive an offered
premium, click on No commitment given box.

When premiums are being offered over the air,
this section of the script will appear. When
there are no premiums available, it will not be
visible. This is where you will find window
decals listed for each station as well.
INCLUDING A PREMIUM STEP 1 Click on drop-down
box and select the offered premium. If multiple
listings of the same premium, always select the
TOP listing. STEP 2 Click on the ADD button.
Selected premium will appear in the Your
Selected Gifts box. Please dont guarantee that
the caller will receive the premium until you
reach the final screen and you see the premium
listed on the confirmation page.

STEP 23 Include any comments about how the
station has helped them. Any challenge comments
are included here. STEP 24 Type any prayer
requests the caller mentions. Names will not be
used on the air. STEP 25 IMPORTANT Ask the
caller to stay on the line until you see the
confirmation screen. Click the Submit button.
  • Once you click the Submit button, you cannot go
    back and change anything in the record. It is has
    been sent to the VERIFIER, the next step in the
    process.
  • The Verifier can correct any errors in the
    record.

Share Script Confirmation Screen
STEP 26 Review the record to see if the correct
information is there. If the caller will receive
a premium, it will appear under the Gift
Details section on the page. STEP 27 Read the
final script at the top of the paging thanking
the caller for their gift. STEP 28 Hang up the
phone.

Share Data Entry Credit Card Problem
If there is a problem with the callers credit
card, this is the screen you will get after
submitting the record.
IMPORTANT .. If you get this screen for ANY
reason, ask the caller to stay on the phone while
you get help from a supervisor
BEWARE If you click on the Cancel button, the
complete record is erased and you will be
returned to the sign-on screen at the beginning
of the process.

Share Data Entry Confirmation Screen
ONLY Click the Print button if theres a problem
with the call and a copy of the confirmation page
is needed by your supervisor to follow up.
When the call is completed, click this button to
return to the log-in screen.
