  • B. Minor points are indicated with Capital
    Letters (A,B,C,D)
  • C. Further subdivisions (specific details) are
    indicated with numerals (1,2,3,4)
  • II. Each subdivision must have at least two
    headings
  • A. If you have a I, you must have a II
  • B. If you have an A, you must have a B
  • C. If you have a 1, you must have a 2
  • III. Each main point, minor point, and small
    subdivisions must contain only one idea
  • IV. Minor points should relate to and support
    your major points
