  • Experienced Toastmaster should be Bureau Chairman
  • Decide how large a group will participate in
    Bureau
  • Establish standards for participating
  • Explain purpose of Bureau to area clubs
  • Create/Distribute a Brochure promoting the Bureau

    contact an alternate
