    unreserved fund balance as a percent of operating
    expenditures.
  • Statewide this percentage began dropping in
    Fiscal Year 1998, as spending outpaced funding
    increases.
  • The Cambridge-Isanti School Districts has a goal
    to achieve a 10 unreserved fund balance.
    Currently we are at 1.8.
