- Challenge is open to employers under OSHAs
jurisdiction who - Are interested in and committed to improving
their safety and health management systems - Seek information, training, or other assistance
in implementing or improving their safety and
health management systems

- Participants can begin at any stage
- Participants will be required to show progression

performed to move from stage to stage

25The Administrator
- Administrator refers to the private company,
Federal agency, or association as a whole (e.g.,
US Postal Service, AGC) - The Administrator will appoint a coordinator or
coordinators who will perform the hands-on
program administration duties - The Administrator, through their coordinators
will administer Challenge to candidate.
Candidates are the sites or facilities
implementing the stages.
