Apr. 13 Financial Aid Exit Interviews Deadline,
for all students with federal loans graduating,
transferring or taking less than six (6) semester
hours at http//campus.fsu.edu Apr. 14 Official
Thesis/Dissertation copies due to manuscript
clearance advisor, 408 Westcott Apr. 18 Last day
to submit ServScript hours online. Last Day
of Classes. Last day to reduce course load,
if permitted, by the academic dean.
Last day to officially withdraw from school.
Last day to apply for AA Certificate at the
Office of Undergraduate Studies, UCA
3400. Apr. 21-25 Final Exam Week. Apr. 25
Semester Ends Apr. 26 Commencement Civic Center,
9 a.m. Diplomas dated this date. Residence halls
close at noon.
5Graduation Spring 2008
- Cap and Gown pick up dates
- April 14th-18th, Room 315 of the University Union
900 a.m. until 400 p.m. - Commencement April 26 at 9 am

- Apply (between May 12th - May 30th) for Summer
and (between August 25 - September 12th) for
Fall'08 Graduation via the Graduation Section of
the Registrar's Office. - Be sure to mark your calendar! For more

the Council for the Study of Community Colleges. - Congratulations!

Dr. Robert Schwartz was honored with the Faculty
Seminole Award.
- This award is presented to a faculty member who
is "responsible for major contributions to the
university through service to students" and "who
have an exemplary attitude towards students, who
are enthusiastic about working with students, and
who extend themselves to help students."

- Dr. Lora Cohen-Vogel (ELPS) has just been elected
the new President of the Politics of Education
Association for a two year term.Â

- The Adult Learning Evaluation Center (ALEC)

- Provides low cost educational evaluations for
high school and college students and other adults
who are college-bound or entering the work force
and may be experiencing difficulties related to a
learning disability or Attention Deficit
Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). - Offers educational workshops and individual
client coaching in the areas of test-performance
anxiety reduction, academic consultation and
study skills.
16Night Nole
- During the fall, Night Nole provides students
with a safe ride home from the Tennessee Strip
and other late-night venues. - The SGA funds this no-fare transit service
through a contract with Tallahassee. The route is
within a short walking distance of many apartment
complexes where students live.
