  • Classification rules level 2 counts toward your
    final degree! 11 or 12 models
  • Must pass 100 credits at level 2 to progress
    level 1 electives wont count towards level 2
    credits
  • All marks count in average, even fail marks
  • Pass to progress modules none in Geography,
    but may be some in other subject
  • Resit opportunities 40 cap
  • Special cases

  • University penalties apply (deduction of 5 per
    calendar day late) without previously agreed

  • Optional and elective module choices
  • Enrolled for fewer than 120 credits? Complete
    change of module form and obtain departmental
    stamp from the teaching department concerned.
    Give in the form at the fair or hand it in at
    your Centre for Joint Honours for inputting now
    in the Ziff building!
  • Already enrolled for 120 credits but want to
    change modules? Complete a change of module form,
    get this signed off by both department for module
    added and department for module dropped. Submit
    to CJA for inputting.
  • Choose electives at either level 2 (recommended)
    or level 1, not level 3. Balance credits across
    semesters.
  • Your responsibility to check pre-requisites and
    check for timetable clashes.

  • Changing modules
  • You are allowed to change optional or elective
    modules within the first couple of weeks of term,
    but beware that you will have missed some
    lectures.
  • Shadow any modules you may wish to switch into.
  • You will not be permitted to change modules later
    on.
  • Attendance
  • It is your responsibility to attend ALL sessions
    timetabled for your modules. Students not
    attending will be followed up and may be subject
    to the Unsatisfactory Student Procedure which can
    lead to permanent exclusion from the University.
