Senior Contracts

• Suspension results in community service. (1 day
  of suspension 5 hours)
• 2nd suspension could result in loss of senior
  privileges.

  List

• - correct spelling of your name

Panorama Picture

• Class of 2006 Panorama Picture will be taken
  Nov. 16 at 730 a.m. in the gym. Cost Approx.
  22.00
• No hats, wigs, facial paint, dress code
  violations
• Order forms available in the office

Graduation Speakers/Performers

• Applications available April 7
• Draft of speech/song due May 5
• Speaker tryouts held on May 12

PROMAnnenberg Building/ Science Center

• Ticket Sales End May 5, 2006
• Date May 13, 2006
• Cost approx. 75 (prices increase last week by
  your tickets early) if your student does not
  fundraise. Approximately 1 month prior to prom,
  your child will have an opportunity to fundraise
  and significantly reduce the price of their own
  individual ticket.
• Bus may be available with extra charge for
  students who dont want to drive.

Senior Picnic

• Date Wednesday, May 17
• Cost approx. 40.00
• Menu hamburgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs with
  all the fixings, coleslaw, chips, rolls, beans,
  watermelon, popcorn, assorted drinks, and ice
  cream treats.
• Activities giant inflatable obstacle course,
  water tag maze, bungee run, karaoke, DJ w/
  dancing, picnic games races, sports fields for
  volleyball, soccer, etc.

• Tuesday, May 24, 2006
• All non-monetary awards and achievements
• (Honor Roll, CSF, Majors program, IB, etc.
  Cords for IB Major students)
• You will receive an invitation if your son or
  daughter is being recognized

• Tuesday, June 6, 2006
• All monetary awards, scholarships
• You will receive an invitation if your child will
  be receiving an award.

Baccalaureate Ceremony

• Sunday, June 11, 2006, 200PM
• Ceremony in Performing Arts Center (may have to
  be moved to GYM may have to ask for RSVP)
• Multi-denominational

• Attendance is MANDATORY
• June 13 815am 1230pm
• June 14 815am 1130am
• Graduation tickets distributed following
  rehearsal on June 14

• Thursday, June 15, 2006
• Cost Approximately 6
• Location Lamppost Pizza
• Senior slide show and opportunity for yearbook
  signings

Grad Nite _at_ Disneyland

• Cost approx. 70-75
• Date Thursday, June 15, 2006
• NPHS Seniors Only
• Busses leave NPHS at 830 PM (bus transportation
  is mandatory and included in price of ticket)
• Disneyland open from midnight to 6AM
• Students arrive back to NPHS at 8AM

• Friday, June 16, 2006
• Cost Free!
• Location Cafeteria
• Breakfast provided to seniors morning after Grad
  Nite.

Graduation

• Date Friday, June 16, 2006, 530PM
• Tickets 4 free, can buy 4 more _at_ 10 each (cost
  is used to offset costs for big screen).
  Additional tickets can be purchased beyond 4, but
  name goes on a list and total tickets available
  is divided equally among names listed.
• Cap gown costs 30 (Distributed June 8)
• Announcement costs .90 each (includes inside
  and outside envelope)
• Class Rings 84 and up. On sale now.

Class of 2006

• Newbury Park HS does not sponsor any senior
  trips. Some travel companies solicit students off
  campus for senior trips. We encourage you to
  investigate these trips closely.
