Balancing your lifestyle
  • It is important to strike the right balance or
    you
  • will wear yourself out and achieve less in the
    long term.
  • Switching off spending time with friends can
    help and exercise / outdoor activities can be
    miraculous!
  • Juggling paid work, study, leisure and family
    commitments is one of the trickiest skills to
    learn plan ahead and talk to someone if it
    gets too much.
  • Could you work to a routine (e.g. Nine to Six,
    Monday to Friday)? This might free up more time!
  • Could you go to the library regularly?
  • Can you allocate one day a week to relax?
