To create a calendar in your Gmail just click on
calendar on the top menu see figure below

• Once you click on the button calendar you can see
  your
• organizer area

• There are many different things one can do and
  even
• share. You can organize your work adding events
  daily,
• weekly, monthly or go to your agenda.

• You can create an event and make different
  settings such
• as, send the event to a particular email address
  or to your
• email address as a reminder

• You can add a quick event such as an appointment
  that
• needs to be reminded tomorrow or this evening.

• You can share your calendar with other friends
  around the
• globe and access others calendars friends that
  decided to
• share their calendar with you

• You can add a calendar of a friend by clicking
  the button
• add as shown in the figure below

• You can also set your calendar to send you a
  reminder on
• your mobile this can be done by going to settings
  and set
• up the following window.

• If you click on the Photos options in Gmail
• this will link directly to Picasa photo sharing
• album.

• Start by downloading Picasa

• Once you click on download check the
• upper bar on windows Internet Explorer and
• you can see a notice in a yellow bar to
• confirm your download click on it and start
• downloading Picasa

• Once you accept to download the application you
  can
• choose to install it directly onto your computer
  or to save it
• and install it after. I suggest to save the
  application for
• backup reasons.

• Once you have downloaded Picasa install it.

• Once you installed the application before running
  the
• application take a look the options checked to
  see if you
• would like to remove some of them or keep them
  all. After click finish

• At this stage Picas is ready to take over your
  pictures to
• organize and decided which pictures you wish to
  use with
• Picasa. You can choose two options to let picasa
  to scan
• all the images on your computer or only in your
  documents
• Folder. This depends if you have many Images on
  your PC
• therefore let Picasa scan on all your computer if
  you place
• your images into the documents folder only than
  you can
• scan for that folder only.

• Picasa will start scanning for all your images on
  your
• computer and organizing them to the related
  folders

• Once all the images, photos, video clips and
• sounds are scanned you can decide
• whatever you want to do with them, view
• them listen, print and share, by means of the
• Picasa toolbar, see figure below

• Now you can browse all your photos from Picasa
  without
• going through navigation for different folders.

Sharing your photos

• Select a photo and click on the button Upload

• A window will pop up asking to sign in, you need
  to use the
• same user name and password to log on to your
  Gmail.
• Once you are in you can see another window with
  different
• Options see the following figure.

Here you can see if you would like to publish the
picture and therefore select public or unlisted
this means that will be not published on the
internet and sign required to view means that
to view the image needs password and user name

• You can also resize the image and photos
  accordingly
• depends for what you are going to use them.

• Once the image is uploaded you can share by
  sending an
• invitation through email.
