Tim ConlonACT Human Resources VP

• Tim Conlon is the Vice President, Human Resources
  for the Global Business Services Group. In
  this capacity, Tim is responsible for leading the
  HR function and ensuring strategies and practices
  for developing world-class talent and high
  performance work-environment capabilities for
  this global and diverse organization.
• With Xerox for 34 years, he has held a number of
  key Human Resource positions in both operations
  areas, as well as having worked in numerous
  organizations. His most previous position was as
  Director of Talent Acquisition Development,
  with responsibility for Succession Planning,
  Staffing, World Wide Learning, and Leadership
  Development.
• Tim received his BS in Applied Systems Software
  from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an
  MBA from the University of Rochesters Simon
  School. He serves on the Board of Trustees for
  the Strong National Museum of Play. He has two
  daughters and resides in Mendon.
