• Auditions will be conducted by the teachers
• Would be good to have previous experience

• 3. Student I/C of the programme booklet
• The I/C chosen must be extremely efficient,
  reliable and meticulous since it is a huge
  responsibility
• Indicate your interest to Yang Wei through email
• Last years programme booklet will be uploaded to
  the club website separately for you to take a
  look at
• Please submit your own designs for this years
  programme booklet by MON 4th May to Yang Wei

What we are looking for

• 5-6 exco positions
• Heads of BBI, VBC, Admin Finance, Corporate
  Communications etc.
• Capable and committed members with outstanding
  leadership qualities and a vision for the club

Interviews

• 10-15 minutes per person
• Report 5-10 minutes earlier in case the previous
  candidates interview ends early
• 12th May 2009
• Please indicate the time you end lessons on the
  hardcopy of your registration form

• Groups of 3-4
• 15 minutes maximum for each group
• Use innovative showcase styles
• QA Session
• 27th May 2009 CCA Session 3-5pm

• Term 3 after the Entrep Day
