The IB Diploma Program is the most challenging

students to be highly successful in college.
Students who are considering taking the diploma
program should also pay particular attention to
the admonition to do well.

The IB Diploma Program
  • Is a demanding two-year pre-university program
    taught over Grades 11 and 12
  • Students must take the same 6 courses for 2 years

To Earn the IB Diploma
  • Take six courses and complete all IB assessments
  • Complete Extended Essay, TOK, and CAS
  • Grading scale is 1-7 and is a combination of
    marks for external and internal assessments
  • Accumulate at least 24 points total to receive
    the diploma
