RIF takes place from 1996. From 2004 RIF has
official support by Federal Agency Federal
Agency on Press and Mass Communications. This
year RAEC and ROCIT carried out 11th Russian
Internet Forum (RIF2007), assembled more than 2
000 participants. The most noticeable result of
RIF2007 is the Memorandum Of Russian
Internet-Community CSP case.
