concepts. - Offers articles with references you can use
these to find MORE - Loves RefWorks
- Little full-text. CSA doesnt own much content
its strength is in indexing citations - Little general interest articles or news. Think
of cited articles with bibliographies. Is this
what you want?

5What does CSA cover?
Select a general subject area, the click GO.
Tip Political Science is under Social
Sciences.
6Tip select Advanced Search to combine search
terms in a more sophisticated way.
Enter your search terms. CSA will show you which
databases contain matches for your terms.
Click Search.
DID YOU KNOW You can change the search interface
to display in other languages than English?
7This screen displays the databases containing
matches for your seach terms. Scroll down to see
the one with the highest number of matchesor
select another from the list.
8This is the start of the list of matching
citations.
View Record to see the full citation.
9Read an abstract (or summary) here.
IMPORTANT Note that CSA databases do not
automatically provide article content. In this
case, the article IS available. Click Full-Text
Linking, to get it.
10.what if a full-text link is NOT available? CSA
can check our librarys catalog (BOSUN) to see if
we have the journal available here. Click Links
to Holdings.
Then click SEARCH, and you will be connected to a
completed BOSUN search for World Policy Journal.
11In this case we do have a subscription to World
Policy Journal. Check for the required issue, and
click URL to be connected to it.
TIP you may wish to open BOSUN in another window
and check for the title manually.
12but what if we didnt have the journal needed?
In that case, the article can be located for you
at another library, and sent as a .pdf to you.
Click InterLibrary Loan.
The form will be filled out for you, except for
your personal information. Fill in your
information, then click Send the Request. Your
request will be forwarded to our librarys
Interlibrary Loan staff, and the article will
appear in your email.
13RefWorks and CSA
CSA works easily with RefWorks. To export a
citation to your RefWorks account, mark the
records you want, and click Refworks.
