  around the world, often showing works from
  popular museums.

How to get There

• Once on the Michigan e-library website MEL.Org
• Once there click on MEL Databases
• Look through the alphabetical list of databases
  and find Camio
• Click on CAMIO - catalog of art museum images
  online

Searching

• Now at the Camio site you are able to search for
  art in several ways.
• Do a basic search by typing the name of the art
  work or the name of the artist.
• The advanced search allows you to search from
  categories and even popular museums for you
  particular artwork.

Example

• I want to find a painting by Monet that is in the
  the Dallas Museum Of Art.
• To do this I would do a search for Monet, then at
  the bottom of the screen there is an option to
  sort results by museum,type,artist and title.
• From there I can much more easily find the exact
  painting that I am looking for.

What Else Does it Offer?

• Camio offers a way to save artwork for later use.
  To do this, star by doing a search and when you
  find a piece of artwork you like you must check
  the box next to it. Once you have selected all
  that you would like to save then click add to my
  favorites, where they are stored until you need
  them again.
