Brodmann Areas
  • Each component of this vector corresponds to one
    of the different Brodmann areas.
  • The value in each component represents the
    percentage of the respective Brodmann area
    covered by the active voxels.

Activated areas in the brain
  • We compute the Brodmann vector for each
    experiment
  • We compute the similarity between pairs of
    Brodmann vectors
  • COS of the angle between the two vectors
  • Euclidean distance between the two vectors viewed
    as points in the 47-dim space
