Sending Digital Files to SCC Printshop

• The Online Print Request Form will not attach and
  send your files to the SCC Printshop
• You can send files to the Printshop by mapping to
  the SCC Printshop drive. Instruction on how to do
  this are contained in the slides that follow.
• If you are off campus you can send digital Print
  Requests by accessing the Online Print Request
  form (in the same way you access email off
  campus) and then attaching the file via email.
• If you need help in any of these methods, contact

To Place the MY COMPUTER Icon on your Desktop for
easier access Click on START RIGHT Click on
MY COMPUTER and select SHOW ON DESKTOP

Click on TOOLS Click on MAP NETWORK DRIVE

There is no need to change what is displayed in
the DRIVE window. In the FOLDER window enter
the following
\\eiccd-s\sccpshop\sccps\username
Make sure the Reconnect at logon box is checked
Click on FINISH

To change the name of the new network drive to a
more user-friendly name RIGHT Click on new
network drive Select RENAME Type in SCC
Printshop

No need to do email attachments when
sending Print Requests to the Printshop. Fill
out online Print Request form and then just
copy files to this drive. REMEMBER Files will
be Deleted after Printing!!!
