  • Developed an IPG Tracking Tool
  • Compared CCCM reports to IPG Tracking Tool data
    to confirm theme completions
  • Input most current data in Task 1d2 Calculator to
    monitor progress

  • Called UQIOSC to report discrepancies

  • Missing Theme Completed by provider
  • Missing Provider UPIN/NPI
  • Missing QIO Designation

  • Identify and confirm error
  • Contact UQIOSC for assistance or investigation
  • Identified one error and provider was a multiple
    site administrator accounted for 5 sites in IPG
  • Correct on UPIN exception report
