Preliminary Trends Observed
  • Enrollments
  • URM proportional enrollments have remained
    relatively stagnant
  • Slight increase in URM Frosh since 2000
  • Overall decrease in of students on Pell Grants
    since 2000
  • of URM API students who are Pell are
    steadily declining with slight decrease in Whites
  • Persistence Graduation Rates
  • Attrition for all groups across years with little
    difference among URM and White Attrition rates
    (with exception of American Indian students)
  • Improved 1st 2nd year retention rates (on
    average) for URM students except American Indian
    students in the 2nd year during CDI years
  • Differential graduation rates at both 4 6 year
    grad rates by race/ethnicity
  • Faculty
  • Little change in proportion of URM Tenured
    Tenure Track Faculty
  • Proportion of URM New faculty hires reflects
    existing demographics
