17Preliminary Trends Observed
- Enrollments
- URM proportional enrollments have remained
relatively stagnant - Slight increase in URM Frosh since 2000
- Overall decrease in of students on Pell Grants
since 2000 - of URM API students who are Pell are
steadily declining with slight decrease in Whites - Persistence Graduation Rates
- Attrition for all groups across years with little
difference among URM and White Attrition rates
(with exception of American Indian students) - Improved 1st 2nd year retention rates (on
average) for URM students except American Indian
students in the 2nd year during CDI years - Differential graduation rates at both 4 6 year
grad rates by race/ethnicity - Faculty
- Little change in proportion of URM Tenured
Tenure Track Faculty - Proportion of URM New faculty hires reflects
existing demographics -
