• Getting Results Gen 5 - Submit two hard
  copies of the entire document
• Must be reviewed and signed by the Executive
  Director of your local Intermediate Unit prior to
  submission to PDE
• Must be approved by local Board of Education and
  Superintendent/CEO prior to submission to PDE
