• Principal safety issue for vulnerable adult and
  elderly Floridians.
• Requests resources to address increased workload
  from FY 03-04 through FY 06-07.
• Will bring workload of 15.6 new investigations
  per month per employee down to national standard
  of 12 cases per employee.
