Massey-Vanier High School encompasses a diverse

12Administrative Responsibilities
- Vice-Principals will continue to be responsible
for - Departmental requests for learning materials will
be done with the Administrator responsible. - Vice-Principal will approve any student activity
requests for their cycle. - 3. Student Teacher placements.
13Behavioral Support Service
We are continuing the evolution of our Student
Behavioral Support Service. This service has been
maintained in order to support identified
behavioral at-risk students. The addition of an
another person will allow for the ability to work
with and support an increased number of
students. This service will evolve and grow
throughout the year.
14Important Items
- Administrative meetings will take place each
Tuesday afternoon Starting at 230. - Wednesday after school will continue to be common
presence time. - Weekly newsletter will continue to be emailed and
will posted in the main office. - Monthly calendar will remain posted in the mail
office - Please see Ms. Wilde concerning photocopy codes,
school keys, and the absence procedure. - If you require to have items moved please have
that in writing to Ms. Wilde by the end of school
on Tuesday (today). - Student Attendance Blue books and yellow sheets
can be picked up at the school store.

16Events for First week
- Student Assemblies will be schedule for the week
of September 2nd.The schedule will be given out
in the cycle meetings. - Assemblies will focus on attendance procedures,
school expectations, smoking area, positive start
to the year. - Textbook distribution will begin Tuesday
September 2nd, Ms. Tomkinson will circulate the
information. - Staff members are asked to be visible in the
hallways to help direct students to their next
class.
