• It's the management software used by NCEM and all
  other EM agencies in NC.
• ICS-213 is the standard Message Form used in
  WebEOC.

So, What Does WebEOC have to do with us?

• At the State EOC and Wake EOC, we read messages
  from the WebEOC screen and transmit it. We enter
  messages received by radio directly into the
  WebEOC on-line form.
• If you're not already using WebEOC in your
  jurisdiction, get ready you will do so in the
  near future.
