Organisation issues
in accordance with Espoo Conv., Slovak law and
best practices

• the municipality (locally) or MoEnv
  (internationally) announces the public hearing
  date and venue 10 days in advance at least (alt.
  using SE external communication channels)
• transportation of Mochovce regionals (incl. EMO
  employees) to/from Bratislava will be provided by
  SE
• access to the hearing room pre-registration,
  additional registration form at entrance
• access limited in case of overcrowding number of
  interested stakeholders (over 150) with priority
  access for the pre-registered (max. 5 per
  organisation)
• alt. large-screen projection to adjacent room for
  those who did not get into the hearing room
• SE identity issues (logo banners, imagemessage
  banners, back-drop for interviews, MO34 genesis
  banners LCD with MO34 animated video in a foyer)

  in the hearing room
• areas near to the Borik Hotel shall be booked for
  WONUC demonstration to avoid antinuc unrests (SE

Rules of discussion

• The discussion is controlled by moderator
• Each member of the public willing to make a
  comment/inquiry has got two possibilities how to
  do so
• - written question/comment on forms prepared
• - vox populi by raising the hand (2 handy
  microphones will be available)
• Each member of the public shall introduce
  him/herself (name/organisation/ municipality) for
  the purpose of the Minutes of the Hearing
• In case of unrests/uproar in the hearing room,
  the mayor of Kalna is authorised to ask police
  (security service) for peaceful mitigation

  Council declared that a public hearing in Vienna
  can be expected in late September, with the EIA
  Public Consulting ending on October 6th !!!

  and the authority responsible for the centralized
  register of interested stakeholders
