The System Until now the installation of an audio
system into a health and Fitness venue meant
disruption to the club and difficult
maintenance. The Trantec PT1 uses no cabling
whatsoever therefore enabling a trouble free
installation and maintenance program. Up to 14 CD
quality channels of crystal-clear audio are
transmitted out into the fitness area via a bank
of PT1 transmitters. Club members are equipped
with personal beltpack receivers with which they
can easily select the audio channel that best
suits their workout on any piece of
Cardio-Vascular equipment.

Technology

• New technology being used
• We are using rechargeable battery cells for
  longer operating times and lower running costs.
  Our PT1-CH Charger will fast charge up to 10
  beltpacks.
• The PT1 Beltpack now has an internal antenna.
• New market area
• Now that we are entering the consumer arena we
  have to make sure the tolerances on our equipment
  are up to scratch. Fitness centers are very
  intensive areas for sweat and moisture and
  potential abuse of receiver casing. We believe
  the PT1 will fare very well in this environment
  having had so many years already in the guise of
  the S4000IEM in professional applications.
