Objectives

• Set out the vision and aspirations of the Change
  for Children agenda
• How the Care Trust plus will accelerate and
  enhance the health and well being of children and
  families in North East Lincolnshire
• Identify the work streams to enable the
  development of a Children's Trust integrated
  within the Care Trust plus arrangements

• Staff will be hosted by Care Trust as the
  following elements are agreed
• Model of children services provision is developed
  and agreed within consultation process. September
  2007
• Phase 2
• Mechanism to transfer staff is agreed
• Structure of child health services is agreed
• It is anticipated this work will be complete by
  April 2008

• Roll out of Common Assessment framework including
  information sharing

• Much of this work is progressing and will be in
  place by April 2008

  purpose to commission services (22million) ) and
  consider options April 2008

• between a local authority and its partners
• operating at every level to promote co-operation
• in order to achieve improved outcomes for all
  children and young people.

  well underway
• Workforce reform strategy out to consultation
  until April 2007
• Information Sharing Agenda (ISA) well underway
• Integration of computer systems well underway

• Participation strategy and action plan is being
  launched 6 March 2007
• Childrens Centres and Extended Schools programme
  progressing to schedule
• Policy, Planning and Commissioning Service now in
  place to re-engineer processes and procedures to
  support integration around the needs of children
