A pyrokinetic girl

• Once there was a young man named Tada Kazuki. He
  was a normal young man in china. Tada had a
  friend in his work, a shy girl, named Junko. But
  then Tadas sister was killed, and the main
  suspect was the son of a wealthy businessman,
  Masaki Kogure. He managed to get away thanks to
  his father, and he did charge the police for
  brutality.

• But Junko possessed a secret power, and revealed
  it to Tada. She is pyrokinetic, and can set fires
  on everything. She tries to show Tada she uses
  her powers for good, and accidentally sets
  Kogure, the killer of Tadas sister, on fire.
  Tada is horrified, and he runs away from her.

• Then a guy named Kido, approaches her and tells
  her hes member of a group of people who possess
  psychic powers, and use them to catch law
  breakers not catched by the police. Junko joins
  the club, and Kido sends her to stop a gang,
  which kills people to make brutal videos.

• While Junko tries to save the girl who will be
  killed, she burns the whole gang. Now, the police
  is after her, and she is considered a runaway
  terrorist
